The ceilings are 12 feet and there are hardwood floors throughout. A side hallway connects this half cottage to the Patio Cottage. If both are rented, it makes the perfect family cottage.
more pictures	The Patio Cottage: $245 This cottage has a king bed and a twin daybed, two person steam shower, pedestal sink, glass sunroom, sitting area off the small kitchen/bar area. This half cottage also features a private fenced yard with brick patio and outdoor fireplace. When rented with the Muscogee Cottage, its perfect for a family.
more pictures	The Springer Cottage: $345 This cottage has a king bed a sitting area with wood burning fireplace, large bath with beautiful hardwood beaded board and steps built up to the large Jacuzzi tub. It has a separate shower. There is a king bed with silk bed drapes. Hardwood floors are throughout. The back of the cottage has a kitchen/wet bar with a nice view of the cottage garden.This cottage is wheelchair accessible.

The bedroom is equally spacious with a king bed and lots of windows. The ceilings are 12 feet and there are hardwood floors throughout. The bath features a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower with a pedestal sink. In the back there is a kitchen/wet bar with a private screened porch, overlooking the side garden.
more pictures	Dimon West Cottage: $245 This half cottage features a palette of rich reds and greens. There is a handsome sitting room with a wood burning fireplace and a bedroom with a king bed. The bath features the beautiful beaded board with stairs leading up to the tub and shower. There is also a wet bar off the bedroom area. The ceilings are 12 feet and there are hardwood floors throughout. This cottage would be perfect for a larger group or family when the Dimon East is rented at the same time.

The sitting room features a wood burning fireplace and lots of windows. The bedroom has a king bed. In the bath is a beautiful Jacuzzi tub and shower trimmed in beaded board. There is a spacious kitchen and wet bar area in the back that overlooks the back garden. There are 12 ft. ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. This cottage is perfect for two couples traveling together or a family. When both Dimon half cottages are rented, they open to one large house.

Main House Suites

more pictures	The Golden Suite: $215 This suite takes up the entire front of the second floor of the main house. It has beautiful heart pine floors, 12 ft. ceilings, and a working fireplace in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a four poster heart pine King bed. And the bedroom is lined with windows on two sides. The separate sitting room has a sofa and chairs, television and fax. There is also a balcony off of the sitting room, complete with rocking chairs. The Bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. There is a separate room for the double sinks and a private water closet.
more pictures	The Rothschild Suite: $215 Features a Queen size bed, marble topped dresser, antique soaking tub, original pedestal sink, cedar-lined dressing area, 14 ft. ceilings and two large windows overlooking the garden courtyard. Also features a working fireplace.
more pictures	The James L. Redd Room: $175 King sized feather bed, (hypo-allergenic), working fireplace, 12 ft. ceilings and the original bath (done in turquoise and black). The bedroom walls are done in reproduction wallpaper (in red) and typical of the late 1800's. The room also has a handsome black marble mantle, also original to the house. Beautiful heart pine floors lend a turn-of-the-century feel to this suite.
more pictures	The Garrett: $215 This room was once the attic. It has two queen sized beds. There is also a separate sitting room where the television , coffee maker and work area is located. A spacious but quiet and very cozy room.

more pictures	The Garden Suite: $165 This room has a queen sized with canopy. The room overlooks the garden courtyard. The bath is spacious with lots of natural light. The room also opens onto a small but separate full kitchen and screened back porch with rocking chairs that overlook the backyard.
more pictures	The Chattahoochee Suite: $165 This room features a queen sized feather bed (hypo-allergenic) with canopy. The large bathroom features a deep antique soaking tub and separate shower. There is also a pedestal sink. This room opens onto a small, separate kitchen and screened back porch. The back porch overlooks the back yard.
more pictures	Willoughby's Loft: $215 This large suite has a private entrance from the screened back porch. It features a queen sized bed that is built into the wall and trimmed in antique tongue and groove board. There is a large sofa (fold-out bed) and two chairs in the sitting area. Also there is a wet bar. The bathroom has a sky light and pedestal sink. It is lined with windows on two sides, overlooking the backyard and garden courtyard. This is the only room on the second floor of his cottage, therefore it is very quiet.

Dillingham Cottage Suites

more pictures	Governor Forsyth's Suite: $215 This suite was once the original kitchen. It is very spacious. It features a Queen size bed and two fireplaces; one opening onto the bathroom and one onto the bedroom. The Jacuzzi tub is built up atop several steps and trimmed in tongue and groove boards and antique windows. The suite has a light and airy feel. Several windows give the room really nice natural light. There is also a microwave and refrigerator. And there is executive workspace complete with data port. This is a perfect Honeymoon Suite or Executive VIP Suite.
more pictures	The Edward Lloyd Thomas Suite: $215 This suite is also perfect for VIPs, Honeymooners or anniversary celebrations. It has a Full-sized bed and vintage 1878 silk draperies. The bathroom features a two-person steam shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub that is built atop steps and trimmed in antique tongue and groove board and an antique transom window. This suite also is equipped with executive workspace with data port, microwave and refrigerator.
more pictures	The Gardenia Suite: $215 This suite features a king bed with a separate sitting area . In the sitting area there is a working gas fireplace and lots of large windows. This suite also features a very attractive full kitchen with a built in eating area and sky light. The bathroom is off the bedroom and has a tub and shower. There are hardwood floors and 12 ft ceilings throughout. This suite may be rented together with the Camelia Suite to give a family the entire front of this spacious house.
more pictures	Camelia Suite: $175 This suite is a very light and airy suite it has floor to ceiling windows and has 12 ft ceilings. The bath is also spacious and has an attractive Jacuzzi bathtub with separate shower. The bedroom has a Full-size bed and beautiful hardwood floors. The front porch of this suite has a porch swing, the perfect place to enjoy your latest read. This suite may be rented together with the Gardenia Suite to give a family the entire front of this spacious house.

The cottages are beautifully restored Shotgun Houses, each facing the main house. They are approximately 1000 square feet. All 7 cottages have wood-burning fireplaces, king-sized beds, and jacuzzi bathtubs (and showers) fitted with Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities and luxury robes. Each cottage has a separate parlor and wetbar/kitchen.

Evening refreshments and a full breakfast, for two, is included in the above prices. Both of which can be served in-suite.

All rooms have a private bath (with tub and shower), Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities, digital cable television with movie channels, wireless Internet access, private phone and in-room coffee and tea makers. The Rothschild-Pound House Inn has wonderful luxury robes to wrap yourself in after a long soak or steamy shower!

Champagne and chocolate packages may be ordered for an additional $45.00. This includes chilled champagne for two, strawberries and chocolates. You may choose to have it set up on your bed or beside the tub!

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be secured with a valid Credit Card. Once you have secured your reservation, you are obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation more then 14 days in advance, we will not charge your credit card (unless we have processed a deposit, in which case a $25 Administrative fee will be assessed). If cancellation is made within 14 days of the reservation, we will make every attempt to re-rent the room(s). If the room(s) can be re-rented for your entire reservation period, we will only assess a $25.00 administrative fee and there will be no further obligation on your part.

Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather, and as such we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. For your convenience we have included a link to the Travelex, travel protection website below.
